When you enter the cubic gate, you are a cubic person. In recent years, relying on labor unions and other organizations, the company has actively carried out various association activities to enrich the spare time of employees. Up to now, the number of Cube members has reached more than 700.    Training, we are pragmatic  

The people of Li-Fun will inevitably fit Li-Fun’s value system and vocational skills. Since 2018, Li-Fun has expanded the connotation of skill training in an all-round way. It has successively implemented TPM production training,"technicians with old and new" systems, and through professional skill competitions, the competition of real swords and guns among employees penetrated into the work.
